Product Description
Application Areas:
Freezing vacuum drying is a new type of chamber that combines the refrigeration system, vacuum system, heat conduction oil heating system and dehumidification system into a vacuum freeze dryer. It uses the freezer vacuum drying of the material space in the box.
The vacuum freeze dryer is suitable for drying high-grade raw materials: Traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces; Biological; Vegetables, dehydrated vegetables, fruits, food; Chemicals, Pharmaceutical intermediates and other materials.
Feature:
1. Using waste heat recovery system, working continuously.
2. PLC control system, use touch screen to record the multi-channel temperature data.
3. Preset temperature control curve of the shelf, sublimation automatically.
4. Small model adopts air cooling system, structure compact, save space. Big model adopt circulating water cooling, not subject to environmental constraints.
5. Vertical door structure, realize in-situ lyophilization of materials;
Structure:
The machine is composed of multiple systems: Refrigeration system, vacuum system, heating system, cooling system, spray system and electronic control system, complex structure, with advanced technology of interlocking and locking control program. Core components are composed of refrigeration compressor, water cooler, vacuum pump, oil pump, water pump, electronic vacuum gauge, shelf, and cold trap.
Freeze Drying Advantages:
1. Freeze drying at low temperatures, particularly suitable for heat sensitive materials.
2. Low temperatures drying, maintaining the food original nutrients and shape, concentration does not occur.
3. The dried material is porous and spongy. After adding water, immediately restores its original shape.
4. Drying under vacuum,little oxygen so that some easily oxidizable substances are protected.
5. Drying can eliminate 95-99% of water, so that dried product can be preserved for a long time.
6. Achieve to keep original color, fragrance, taste, shape and freshness of the food
