Description:
CHD-80/CHD-200 digital vegetable cutting machine is a new type of vegetable cutting machine developed by our factory using digital technology. This machine is mainly used for various of soft leafy vegetable cutting as well as hard slender stem vegetable slicing or shredding. It is wildly used for making fresh vegetables and dehydrated vegetables.
The machine adopt a rotating cutter disc to cut vegetable into segments or slices, which has good quality cut surface, product thickness and size uniform, cut product fresh and no damage to fibrous.
The machine is high in efficiency, easy to operate, low in energy consumption, hygienic, safe and efficient, and is an ideal equipment for the vegetable processing industry.
Digital Vegetable Cutting machine is suitable for processing:
1) Leafy vegetables cutting. (cabbage, spinach, lettuce, leek, okra, chilli, hot pepper, cilantro, bitter lettuce, rapeseed, water spinach, celery, long beans Asparagus bean, plantain, tobacco etc)
